		<description>You have overtrained your muscles. You have to lay off the training and let the recovery system do it's thing. Start over when you're fully recovered (minimum two weeks off). You're also forgetting to relax during this exercise since you're way too tense and you forgot to try and focus on the breathing so that you don't exert so much energy and burn up your muscles.</description>

		<description>You might be experiencing some over training.  Make sure that you are getting plenty of rest and proper nutrition.  That should help.  In addition, sometimes it's not the duration of the exercise, but the intensity which can lead to muscular failure.  Keep training!</description>
