		<description>Very nice article.  I have tried a few styles in my 40+ years of living and Hap Ki Do and Choy li Fut are my favorites.  CLF goes hard, doesn't mess around and is not focused on being a "soft" art.  The La Mesa location is awesome and so are the instructors, the goup classes are excellent and a real workout, like it should be!</description>
