White Dragon is committed to providing the highest quality martial arts instruction you can find anywhere. That's why we put all of our instructors through an intensive Instructor Training program, where martial arts and teaching skills are developed and tested. In addition to rigorous martial arts training, each instructor is CPR and First Aid certified. And, in the interest of selecting only the best people, White Dragon conducts a complete background check on every new instructor.
The team of White Dragon instructors is ready to help you achieve your goals safely and effectively. In addition to Instructor’s Training Certification, our instructors receive ongoing, weekly training both in martial arts and teaching. We do this to ensure that the quality of instruction that you receive is the best that you can find anywhere. So whether you’re looking to get started with lessons for you or your child, White Dragon has the perfect instructor waiting for you.
The chief instructors at White Dragon Schools are some of the most experienced and dedicated martial artists you can find anywhere. Our chief instructors have a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience and are certified as master instructors. Each one has been promoted to the level of Sifu by Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong, the Founder of the Plum Blossom International Federation and one of the highest level Choy Li Fut and Tai Chi masters in the world.
You won’t find a group of harder working or more committed teachers than the White Dragon Chiefs. They spend over 40 hours per week directing the training in their respective schools through observing, teaching, and testing. Our Chief Instructors ensure the quality of the training in our schools by personally working with each instructor every week in both private and group workouts. They also provide each instructor with ongoing feedback and evaluations to guarantee the highest standard of teaching.
The White Dragon Chiefs also have years of competition experience, distinguishing themselves both nationally and internationally. Additionally, they are dedicated to building their students to the same level of personal excellence. Many of them have gone on to win championships at some of the largest martial arts tournaments in the world, including the International Chinese Martial Arts Championships and the World Tai Chi Chuan Championships.
